At Bar Bellezza, we respect the exclusivity and privacy of our clients.
Data Collection: We only collect information voluntarily provided via our Concierge Inquiry form (Name, Event Date, Contact Info).
Usage: Your data is used solely for the purpose of booking and coordinating your event. We do not sell or share your information with third-party marketers.
Security: We use industry-standard encryption to ensure that your event details and personal information remain confidential.
Cookies: Our website uses minimal cookies to enhance user experience and analyze site traffic.
By engaging with Bar Bellezza, you agree to the following:
Dry Hire Compliance: In accordance with Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) laws, Bar Bellezza does not sell alcohol. The Client is responsible for the purchase and delivery of all alcoholic beverages.
Booking & Retainers: A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to secure your event date. Final payment is due 14 days prior to the event.
Liability: Bar Bellezza carries General Liability and Liquor Liability insurance. Our mixologists are TABC-certified and reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated.
Technical Requirements: The Client must ensure a level surface for the 16ft trailer and access to a dedicated power source (unless a generator is pre-arranged).
Media Release: Unless otherwise requested in writing, Bar Bellezza reserves the right to use photos/videos taken of the trailer (not the guests) during the event for promotional purposes.

We are a "Dry Hire" service provider. We provide professional mixology and hospitality services, but we never sell alcohol directly to guests or hosts.
Our staff is trained in "Responsible Service" to ensure your luxury event remains safe and sophisticated.
